BUILD QUALITY
We manufacture panels at home in our own production in a closed workshop, with constant quality control.
This allows you to avoid errors and violations of technology related to waterlogging of materials, the quality of insulation installation, installation of vapor barrier, etc.
The panels are manufactured on WEINMANN assembly tables (Germany). This guarantees high accuracy of linear and angular dimensions, which simplifies installation on the construction site and allows you to achieve the most accurate geometry of the finished product.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY
Your Home not only meets the current energy standards for new buildings, but even significantly exceeds it.
The secret of high energy efficiency of houses lies in the production technology. In factory conditions, the panel assembly allows you to technologically correctly lay the insulation, mount vapor barrier and waterproofing materials, hermetically install communications in the walls.

LUMBER
The construction of the panels of the AlphaArchitecture house is a massive wooden frame, which is manufactured at the factory according to your project. This means that the main structure of your house is made of solid planed wood with a technical drying humidity of 14-16%.
STYROFOAM
In AlphaArchitecture houses, expanded polystyrene with graphite addition, patented by BASF, is used as additional insulation. The unique technology of adding graphite to expanded polystyrene provides higher thermal conductivity (up to 30%), and also increases the fire resistance class of this material.
WATERPROOFING
Waterproofing DELTA, Germany
Classic diffusion three-layer membrane for pitched roofs with single-layer ventilation without solid flooring. Due to the high vapor permeability (Sd value of about 0.02 m), the residual moisture of the insulation and rafters is reliably removed from the roof structure into the external environment. From the outside, DELTA®-VENT N provides additional protection for the roof from snow and rain blown through the roof.
Low air permeability (less than 0.004 m3/(h•m2)) prevents heat from blowing out of the insulation, thereby reducing the cost of heating the house in winter and air conditioning in summer.
The membrane is used for the installation of ventilated facades, walls of frame houses, attic floors and ceilings over a cold basement.
The nonwoven fabric is made using the innovative BiCo technology with increased UV protection and increased mechanical strength.
CSP — CEMENT CHIPBOARD

The construction of the walls of AlphaArchitecture houses provides high strength, heat transfer resistance (8.11 m2*S/W at a rate of 3.2 m2*S/W) and sound insulation. The thickness of the outer wall is from 335 mm.
